Tri-County Contracting did an excellent and professional job installing two roofs on our home—shingled and rubber. We had peace of mind having a 10 year guaranteed yearly inspection. After ten years, this last inspection showed the roof was in extremely good condition with only a single nail hole needing some caulk. The guys are very helpful, explain things for you well, have double checked to make sure everyone is on the same page for what's being done, thorough detail to work, and do periodic inspections to catch things from becoming problems. No construction project is painless but having a good building company definitely minimizes issues.
